All Greekmadness orders are carefully packaged and shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and its destination.

Estimated Delivery
USPS delivery generally takes 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or postal delays.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Greekmadness is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Greekmadness through our website so we can help you. Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS should first be checked with household members, neighbors, and your local post office.
