At Greek Madness, each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully inspected before shipping. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, please email us at vkoen0129@gmail.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
